Competency Development
We emphasize continuous learning and employee training at all levels for building technical and behavioural competence, self-development and leadership development. All of these learning opportunities help employees develop skills necessary for time management; improving communication skills; managing and winning in teams; preventing personal and work conflicts and managing stress; dealing with internal and external customers. A fully equipped training canter at all locations focuses and monitors the up gradation of skills. Apart from the constant focus on internal training, we engage outside consultants / trainers to assist us in training our employees and to enhance their performance. Our employees as a part of continuous development process attend EDP / MDP, technical trainings from specialized institutes, behavioural programs etc.

Metenere has created a “Knowledge Sharing Culture” as part of a Knowledge Management keeping in view of a concept of “Professional Circle” in which any employee can share his/her knowledge. It will be mandatory for those employees who will be returning from the External Training to share his /her learning in this forum. The purpose of knowledge sharing is to help an organisation as a whole to meet its business objectives initiative:

  • The Professional Circle helps in the development of Cross Functional Team
  • It helps in percolation of the Knowledge from Top to bottom and vice -versa and enables a new culture development

Knowledge constitutes a valuable intangible asset for creating and sustaining competitive advantages. To promote knowledge sharing and remove knowledge sharing obstacles, the organizational culture should encourage discovery and innovation. This will result in the creation of learning organizational culture. Keeping in view of the same we have started “Knowledge sharing series” through which we will be able to :-

  • Improve knowledge assets
  • Enhance the knowledge environment
  • Manage knowledge as an asset
  • Create knowledge repository”
